friendly reminder RAMCOA is real and exists. there are plenty of systems out there who have suffered this abuse and live their lives with the consequences.

Me and other headmates being called the hosts “parts” and then getting pissy when I say I don’t want to be called that because it’s the “medically correct terminology”. Ok I still don’t want to be called that.

I hate delayed amnesia so much. I’ll go through a whole day thinking I’m “fine” and fully present, and then hours later it hits me like—wait… I don’t remember anything from today. It feels like my whole day just slips through my fingers.

As a system who went through RAMCOA & TBMC; thank you for not letting that hate ask slip.
