I've been messy and forgetting 1) to update and 2) to reblog. Here is the purse with back and front attached and inside out. I did connect the two with a long band around the outside and the. Single crochet together the two. Yea, single crochet together not slip stitch together. Why would I do it single crochet? It makes a more defined ridge on the inside which is what I want. Is it all still a little ugly? Yea, but I'm closer to being done with the bag.

She's done. My sewing skills are lackluster, the nice looking side seam on the inside only exists because I used work pants that had a hole in the crotch. But overall I don't hate the bag. I've been staring at it inside out for a few weeks and with inside out lining for a few days and honestly, I'm happy with the end product.
