I was at @poetrypole earlier with @melanated_mind having a break through pole session. I don't pole hard at home because I don't have a spotter, but when I get to @poetrys.polelounge I can't contain all of my energy!! I am still healing and retraining my left arm and it hasn't been easy but it's getting there. I started my own physical therapy because I need to use my left arm, I am a lefty of course! I was nervous to get on the spin pole because of the pull, but that is exactly what my bicep muscle needed to stretch it out.
