In Japan people are being evacuated right this minute because a serious typhoon is hitting called Neoguri. This is really serious. Thousands of people could lose their lives. Please hope and if you’re religious, pray that nobody dies. And if the anime gets cancelled, don’t be upset. Think about the people in Japan right now.

"Officials said the storm could be one of the strongest to hit Japan in decades, generating waves up to 14 meters (46 feet) high. But since typhoons track along Japan’s coasts and occasionally veer onshore every summer, the country is relatively well prepared."

Wall Street Journal:Typhoon Neoguri Sweeps Across Japan’s Okinawa Prefecture

"[Capt. Caleb Eames, an active duty marine stationed in United States Marine Corps Camp Foster in Ginowan] said that as of Tuesday morning, the impact of the tropical cyclone was "low on the scale of typhoons" that regularly approach the prefecture. "And even if the typhoon shifts and we get stronger winds, it certainly isn’t an uncommon thing at all—we get strong typhoons frequently, and the infrastructure in Okinawa is all concrete and designed to bear the brunt of very, very strong winds."

"After passing Okinawa, the typhoon is expected to turn northeast and approach Kyushu on Thursday, gradually losing force along the way but bringing heavy rains and winds nevertheless. Kyushu has already been pummeled by heavy rains from Japan’s summer rainy season. The meteorological agency has issued landslide warnings in some areas. The storm is expected to reach the Tokyo area by Friday.”

Generally the outlook is quite good for the situation and the typhoon is, although one of the strongest to hit Japan in decades, not as devastating as expected, in part to Japan’s own measures.

Ib frowns, looking at the man, so much older than her, and yet, in a much worse condition. She looks around a moment, pulling a desk in front of the doorway. She’s breathing heavy, with only three petals left on her rose…but she’s alive, and she can move. She stoops down to the man now, convinced of her own safety…for the time being.

{✘} “…Hello…? Are you okay…?”

She glances at her surroundings, catching sight of his nearly ruined blue rose, and picks it up, turning it in her hands to look at it.

Hearing the sound of a young girl's voice, Garry tried his very best to regain control over his senses -- to look up at her and try to stand. But alas, it were as if he were awake in a paraylysed form, for he couldn't even so much so as twitch his fingers without using a valiant amount of effort. "N-hh.."

It was no use. His body jolted. This certainly was a hassle-- the blue lady from that painting had not only caught him off guard at such a horrible timing, but managed to grab his rose and make way with it. For some reason, that painting in particular was very keen on snatching it from him...

"Nnn... haa..?" the young man shifted in his sleepy daze, a single sapphire eye slowly fluttering open. Squinting at the light that shone from the sun, Garry let out a small sigh as he sat up, albeit somewhat reluctantly. That's when he noticed someone had woken him up.

Ib doesn’t say anything, not yet. She’s only sitting on the floor, staring at the person ahead of her. She’d been chased here, and she had slammed the door behind her, blocking the entrance of the Lady in Blue, and slumping against the entryway in her urgency. She can feel it banging, though, it won’t take long —

Garry hadn't been in the best of conditions, at the given moment. He felt wounds aching all over on his body, and he could barely move. The unfortunate events that had befallen him were far from pleasing to witness, let alone endure. His rose was on the ground, petals torn and wilted from the stem -- only a few remained.

"Guh--...." The lavender haired male tried to move, but each slight shift or movement his body made, would send electrifying jolts of pain to go through his body, the pain far too much for him to bear for much longer.
