successfully nabbed some bananas & made my first round of banana bread rhubarb muffins. theyve got the visual of a muffin that has a texturally unpleasant overuse of sugar but the eating texture is actually fine and flavorwise its not overly sweet but maybe thate the rhubarb's tartness fooling me. very moist and fluffy inside. i did substitute the yogurt for coconut cream+lemon juice && the butter for plantbased buttr. im going 2 make another batch following a different recipe and compare the results :^]

aside from the patty & the bun wat r your must-haves on a burger. like otherwise its too sad to eat. 4 me its a leafy green and some sort of sauce. ideally also a tomato slice but this can be swapped out for some other nonsense.

working on the final report for my elective ... then next week its all discussion posts & my final practicum evaluation... and then that marks the end of my bachelors degree 🤯
