I miss my best friend so much like it’s actually not okay how much I love this girl 💔 like genuinely what is the science behind how I feel ? I genuinely love this girl like an old veteran would love his wife 🫩 like it’s genuinely not okay, she’s so funny and sweet and she just understands me perfectly.

We watched each other grow up and it breaks my heart a little bit when I see old pictures of us when we were young and innocent, before all the scary parts of high school got to us. But we still haven’t really changed entirely, we’re still those introverted kids who spent class time drawing, who would hang out in the bathroom stalls instead of in the cafeteria, who would steal shopping carts and feed squirrels after school.

I remember it all, I remember the two of us being so pure that we thought buying a pocket knife from the thrift store was the craziest thing we’d ever done. I remember making fun of racist popular boys and editing them as if they were taking maternity photos together, I remember the sleepovers, I remember it all.

If I could go back I would in a heart beat, we lived through so much together and I’m so grateful for this. Even when we would argue for months we would find a way back every single time. We were kids together, teenagers, and now almost young adults. I love her. she’s part of my soul.
