Two weeks before I posted the video showing my excess skin, I met a woman at a bar.

Her and I talked, drank and hit it off, and she invited me back to her home.

There was kissing and laughing and smiling, until she began to unbutton my shirt. Then it all went cold.

She looked terrified. She called me disgusting, said I wasn’t sexy like she thought and told me to get out of her apartment.

I’d never felt so shunned in such an intimate and vulnerable moment. I’d never felt less attractive.

3 months later, over 50 million people have seen my skin and so many have called me an inspiration, I’m in a loving relationship with a fantastic person, and I’ve decided to dedicate my life to making sure nobody ever has to feel shunned or bullied just for being themselves.
