Chinese hanfu photoshoots by 扶卮 and 琴挑原创汉服, recreating 泥人张/Niren Zhang figures.
泥人张/Niren Zhang (Clay Figure Zhang) is a famous folk art from Tianjin, China that originated during the Qing dynasty. The images of Niren Zhang vary from palace maids in costume, historic figures, religious figures, and modern figures to local customs.
The hanfu is from 琴挑原创汉服, recreating the outfits worn by a pair of Niren Zhang figures created in 1985 resembling moth/butterfly 仙/xian (celestial maidens).

Nolofinwe calls his brother by his ataresse (Curufinwe) and not his amilesse (Feanaro)
• A still immature Feanor tells him he'd rather never hear the name Feanaro coming out of the mouth of a child of Indis, as it might become tainted through the voice of a thief.
• Allows Nolo to imagine a reality in which they're full brothers, by not acknowledging the walking proof Miriel left behind that she once lived.
• (For this hc to work i need mother names to be slightly more private than father names, for there to be a real difference in using them.) Creates distance between them. Everyone knows Feanaro by his amilesse, he wears his name proudly and honors the mother that gave it to him. Usually it is a name that only people close to him would use; not allowing Nolofinwe to use, despite being his half brother and allowing everyone to use it, creates a perpetual space between them that Nolo can't quite close.
