I’ve been a fan of Taylor since I was in 2nd grade and all throughout elementary, middle, and high school I always turned to her music when times were rough. In school EVERYONE knew that I was a huge Taylor Swift fan it’s literally what I was know for! I made so many memories throughout these years because of Taylor and her music like jamming out to her songs with friends making silly videos and going to her concerts having a great time! Without Taylor’s music I really don’t know how I would of pushed myself through school. Listening to her songs was a great escape from reality and were also so relatable that is showed me that If Taylor and everyone else in the world was able to get through the hard times, then so can I. On June 19th I am graduating high school and this is my graduation cap that I decorated with lyrics from New Year’s Day. These lyrics mean so much to me especially around this time because of all the memories I made with the people I love throughout high school. The butterflies match the Lover era and also represent me growing up and flying on my own since I am going to be going to college in Florida next year by myself when I’ve lived most of my life in New Jersey. This will be the first time I’m away from my family and friends and I’m so excited to see where life takes me even though it might be a little scary. This will also be my first time really living on my own and being independent where I can’t go running back to my my parents anytime I want to because they will be 1,268 miles away. I’m ready to let my wings fly. I’m so excited for Taylor’s new music to come out and start the next chapters of my life with her by my side. Thank you so much @taylorswift for your songs that mean so much to me and has had huge impact on my life. They taught me so many valuable lessons that help me try to be the happiest and best person I can be. 💖🦋 @taylornation
