Born in the ocean of the allied beaches, Ren is no stranger to Opulence. He was a quiet child but became ferociously rebellious after losing his parents at the age of thirteen. His father had been brutally attacked by an out-of-control werewolf while in town and his mother committed suicide shortly after. Ren became incredibly manipulative as he entered adolescence, using his hypnotic voice to control others around him, especially his foster parents. After spiraling down a path full of blacked-out nights and jail time, Soren was saved by his love of music and dedicated himself to learning multiple instruments. The young merman was able to channel his rage and mourning into his lyrics and went on tour for two years with his band The Secret Grotto, or as their fans know them, TSG.

While being on tour had ups and downs, Ren knew it was time to return home to the water where he could regain his full strength and his family’s abandoned beach house. The repairs are a work-in-progress, but the living room is now his studio, where he records and also freelance teaches. His next project is a solo album and he’s hoping Opulence can provide inspiration.

Respect your rp partners who are fast. Don’t shame them. It’s not a bad thing that they are excited about your reply or have a method.  Making them feel guilty is wrong.  Don’t fault people who want to reply to you.  It doesn’t mean that people who are fast, do not have a life.  Some people just are most comfortable being quick and are excited.  There is nothing wrong with being fast.

Respect your rp partners who are slow. Some people just have a longer process, ponder things longer, and genuinely are just busier. Some people just prefer to have a longer queue, take longer. It doesn’t mean they’re not excited.   There is nothing wrong with being slow.
