        his focus is primarily trained at the crude outline of a tape figure, but the upward glances of passive procrastination alert him to the faux solitude.   ❛   generally speaking, loitering by a crime scene builds you a bad reputation, buddy. shoo and it’ll save you the trouble of suspicion.  ❜   it’s idly handed out common sense, spoken like advice and delivered via humanitarian good will.
