     “Yeah, I always gotta minute for my favorite leadah,” the drake returned cheerily, before his eye glanced to the container he was holding. Gaze returning to Wildwing as he spoke again, dark eyebrows rose.

     “…You want I should open it now?”

The comment earned a soft chuckle as Wildwing pondered the gift in his hands. He only paused for a moment, though, before offering it to his dear friend. Inside Duke would find a new part for his busted mechanical eye. Tanya herself had custom fitted it so it would attach to Duke’s own implant to fix the damage perfectly. So again, making Duke wait seemed unfair.
