Got an unexpected peek at baby T today. I had a dream last night that he'd died and that combined with decreased movements made my ob want a scan. He didn't pass all the way so I also had a nst, which was perfect. Next week I need another nst for whatever reason, but I'm happy he's fine. He's even got some fuzzy hair already! He looks so different from Thomas and definitely has my nose. He's so cute and I'm so excited to meet him in 10-12 weeks 😍

I casually mentioned to my husband that I was considering giving birth at home with just us. He absolutely shocked me and 110% supports the idea. I wasn't planning to say anything for a few weeks after I'd done more reading, but it felt like the right moment so I sprung it on him. This same man was uneasy with a midwife assisted birth 6 months ago is completely ok with an unassisted birth.. He's so wonderful. And he definitely understands that I'd never do something that would put us in jeopardy.
Now hopefully I can get my awesome but very protective mother in law on board enough to come mind Thomas during labor and delivery.
So I just decided to have an unassisted birth at home. I'm not telling anyone because naturally they'll all freak out. Of course I'll tell my husband but not for a bit yet. I will still have prenatal care until the end and emergency is literally a minute away.
Now I need to make sure I research all the things about it.
Visited the farm the other day. Big T had a blast with the cow. We also fed goats, snuggled kittens, held a chicken, tried to ride a pony (too scary for him--also these ponies were very well cared for, typically I'd never support something like that), gobbled at turkeys, chased some sheep, and kicked mud with some piggies. We can't wait to visit again!

Spent this morning packing up the house and now enjoying some time outside. My kid is super rambunctious every waking second of the day.. Which makes packing really difficult. 2 weeks until we close on our house 😍😍.

Closing checklist
✔️Schedule utility shut off in current house
Schedule utility turn on in our new home (gas done, need to visit office for paperwork to turn on rest)
Switch internet over to new house
✔️Send 2017 taxes to lender
Send May bank statement to lender (not yet available)
Rent moving truck
✔️Send notice to landlord
Pack, pack, pack (two rooms 100% done, walls are bare, kitchen 50% done, bathroom and bedroom 75% done)
Everything is getting so real! Our loan has moved to the underwriter for approval and I'm hoping it'll only come back with a contingency for the May bank statement.
My house is an absolute wreck with boxes piling up and moving materials everywhere. So excited to have so much more space for our family. 25 days until closing!!
Had the inspection of our house today. Everything looks great, especially for its age (1883 😍). Only real notes were typical home maintenance stuff (old water heater, old furnace, some exterior trim needing paint, those sorts of things). Well have the report tonight sometime so we'll be able to go over anything we missed.
I'm so excited! But the weight of responsibility is definitely becoming real.

When you trust that Goddess is leading you correct, that she has a plan. If you tune in and listen and follow your path, everything just falls into place.
Lately we've been so blessed. From getting pregnant relatively quickly, to finding out everything is fine with him, to buying our dream house.. Everything is just falling into place (not without hard work of course).
Yesterday a woman handed me $45 because the lord told her too. I cried and hugged her. Then we received even more good financial news. A job for my husband that'll set us up to be completely financially comfortable starting in July.
I just can't get over all this positive energy I'm receiving from the universe. I can't wait to pass on the blessings in some way to someone else.
Life is so darn wonderful right now.

Put an offer in last night on the most perfect old farmhouse. It's my dream house. I REALLY hope we get it 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 picture of the dining room.. It's so gorgeous throughout 😍
A glass pendant that little Bug made for me at a museum event (with daddy of course) and flowers he helped me pick from the garden yesterday. Yesterday was pure perfection. From waking up to the baby's kicks and a big kiss from Bug, to my husband making dinner and our family walk in the forest. Theres nothing that could have made my mother's day happier.
Last night my husband said he'd gladly live in 5+acres if I let him have a tractor to have fun with. Um yes? Totally a quality trade there. I'd consent to just about anything to get my land.
Our first house will not be my gorgeous dream of wide open spaces with a bunch of animals. But it's definitely something we can make happen 😍.
I cannot picture my city boy husband riding around on a tractor in the middle of nowhere 😂.
I can't wait to make this a reality in the future. We have a solid ten year plan.. That will start as soon as we buy a house in this insane market. So excited for my future!!
