I drove the mobile soup kitchen tonight and I was really happy when I saw that I'd be on my way with the nice guy I'd briefly met there before.

He's really cute, like a chubby Austrian McAvoy and tonight was fun, he has this very warm, very kind energy about him and he laughed at my jokes and was generally very attentive and interested. Also he smelled really good, so my heart went a bit pitter patter of course.

And then, at the last stop, one of the customers recognised him as an actor. A famous one! Like, we were talking about jobs in the bus, and I had noticed that he was a bit evasive when he said that he was in the film business, but I had jotted that down as the business being tough and volatile and him maybe being some grip out of work or something. But no, I've just googled him, that's a bonafide film star! Like a big one for our small country!

That is so me! First guy in a while who gives me butterflies in rl and then he's freaking famous!

I know I'm repeating myself but HOW THE FUCK are people actually relying on A.I. for shit?!? I'm in a pickle and need to get something done quickly, so I thought to myself "well, ok, everyone else is doing it, let's try if that stupid fucking robot can extract the text I need from this monster file". You know, shit that would actually be useful, so I don't have to spend a public holiday copy pasting 600 pages. IT CAN'T EVEN DO THAT CORRECTLY!! This is not difficult, it should be able to do that!! I've just killed a pond for nothing!! I HATE that this shit is fucking everywhere and is as fucking useful as some blisters on your foot! May all the wankers who invented this world ruining monstrosity to control us all, be sodomised raw in hell until the end of time!!

When I finished The Vegitarian by Han Kang, I checked out a few reviews to see what other people thought of it (I LOOOVED it) and was super put off by people going "but it's so daaark and brutal". Oh shut up, welcome to the reality of being a woman in a patriarchal society, you whining baby. So I ignored all the reviews about Human Acts being so brutal too and phewww, was I wrong there!

I mean, I adore it so far, she is an amazing writer and I'm learning about something I didn't know of before, but reading about children and teens washing and stowing the dead bodies of the victims of the Gwangju massacre maaaayyybe is not the best or lightest bedtime story.
