struggle always becomes strength

it was never about the accomplishments you made and more the relationships you sustained

... and it turns out, it really doesn’t matter how you reach the finish line just as long as you get there. 

There are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind. To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream, not only plan, but also believe. Your life is your story, and the adventure ahead of you is the journey to fulfill your own purpose and potential.

I saw a small flicker of light in the distance. It felt like a tiny glimpse of hope, it was everything that I had been yearning for. It was in that exact moment that I made the conscious decision to hold onto to whatever “it” was for as long as I could. The what if still burned viscously inside of me and I knew I had to give it everything I had, this time giving up wasn’t an option. This was my one last shot. There came times when I felt like one unimaginable obstacle after the next was working against me to ensure that this would remain what felt like an unattainable goal, but simultaneously those same hurdles became my motivation and became a constant reminder that this was all part of a bigger plan. God works in mysterious ways but I couldn’t be more thankful of the uphill battle that he’s taken me upon, for every bump in the road is just another opportunity to carve my own, individual path along my journey. And what a revelation it’s been, a whirlwind of events but I can wholeheartedly say I wouldn’t change a thing. The future is bright and all I can say is thank you.

hold yourself to a higher standard, but not an impossible one.

I read somewhere when you are growing, you are dying too, when you grow simultaneously another part of you dies ... I feel that ... I understand that.

have faith in God’s timing.
