sharpflare is the inner flame who shows the most interest in more conventional object-like things, which is why theyre the only inner flame design of mine who wears clothes and the one who has a more different true form than their peers. Instead of being directly related to fire like everyone else, theyre a lamp. i also based their design off a zebra / goat mix !
theyre knife's inner flame, and one of the rare cases within my personal / headcanon-based inner flame lore where two holders whose flames werent awakened pushed each other to awakening them. Because of this, Sharpflare's powers are weaker than they'd be if they were awakened in normal circumstances.
Suitcase, Oakriche's holder, didnt realize for a Long time that they were there because they purposefully hid themselves from her. But Sharpflare took the opposite approach, immediately trying to establish connection with Knife. It was quite overwhelming, especially considering the nature of their powers! [ I promise I'll get to those in a second, I promise ! (≧▽≦) ]
They're very mature and laid back, and although detached, they're really strict when it comes to doing what's "right". Probably the inner flame with the most strict moral code, and WILL push that onto the other flames, too. Their priorities are beyond Knife and themselves, and they'd rather focus on the bigger picture. Which can be detrimental to both of them if it goes unchecked (and is also a contrast to oakriche's own nature! I can get into that on another post if youre interested!)
Sharpflare's ability is foresight / future sight. They can see how events unfold ages in the future, but never *when exactly* they wish. So yes, they can judge how an action's outcome may affect them and the world around them, but who knows whether the effects are immediate or centuries into the future? Not them! These powers were dimmed significantly from the stuff i mentioned earlier, and so, now they only get vague omens or flashes that they have to interpret on their own.
they prefer to consider themselves very separated from knife, and would rather front by themselves rather than with knife. knife doesn't mind, because being flashbanged with visions and cryptic signs of imminent demise is not how he wants to spend his afternoon anyway.
