This is for every Target in case no one knows: Tags on clothing or barcodes on items DO NOT cause the sensor to go off: only spider wraps (on electronics or expensive items) do. Many times the security will watch you routinely steal until they can build a bigger and bigger case on you. Most knowledgeable and more experienced dressing room attendants know to count/look for clothing to be double-hanged. Hardlines 4 is code word for security. If people suspect you of stealing they will close off the bathrooms or dressing room(s). Honestly Target is very used to theft but it matters if they can REALLY PROVE you stole something in order for them to prosecute you or stop you. If they don’t have enough evidence they have to leave you alone.
EDIT: If you have a huge haul of clothes/items which are uncountable and you’re very suspicious YES some Targets will block off the bathrooms/dressing rooms. It really depends who is working in AP. Also at small Targets most AP workers leave at 7 PM or so.
EDIT2: Most AP at Target know to look out for lifters around noon. So I would suggest maybe doing it close to the hours before closing or early in the morning when they won't be there.

(never been there personally idk if that counts? :/) According to Yelp reviews, the Ulta on Lincoln road has inattentive and lazy SAs and the products aren’t well organized at all. All these reviews are from 2011 to 2015 so maybe they’re not really up to date?
Edit: one of the reviews from 2013 said they were followed for no reason right off the bat, idk about now but yea!!!

DFW TEXAS, ALLIANCE SHOPPING CENTER
DFW TEXAS, ALLIANCE SHOPPING CENTER: Ulta is basically a free for all, blind spots in low end hair care and lower end skin care. However, large benefit/smashbox/a few other prestige displays are in the direct line of sight of the MUAs so you have to be careful there. It helps to take 2 of those products but angle your hand so it just looks like you have one. definitely recommend using a tote at this location. I'm usually there for 20+ minutes before anyone even notices I'm there.

The lush in the mall of millennia in Orlando, Florida is literally the easiest place to lift from. I have literally robbed them on several occasions. Just act like you know what you're doing and no one will bother you.

The kohl's in Petaluma ca is really easy to lift from. There are unattended dressing rooms and everything is kinda messy so nothing is noticed as missing until way later. Look out for tags and the occasional lp and you should be good. -🔑

Hey so for Salt Lake City, Utah they count in the VS dressing rooms every time and hand you the items from your tote. For Nordstrom they usually don't count unless they "start a dressing room" for you. I can add to this post later on because this summer I'm going lifting. I will add more specifics like what malls and shit but sorry that it's not much
