A sign we were in for a good lunch...the bruschetta made well! Perfectly crispy, garlicky herby bread, with fresh sweet tomatoes, basil and delicious extra virgin olive oil!

When the plate arrived, I worried the portion was too modest! But it was in fact perfect, especially with dessert to come. The duck breast was perfectly cooked, the fondant potato was delicate and soft and the vegetables with the fennel carrot provided a pleasantly sweet contrast.

Whole baked seabass, with crayfish and smoked sausage jambalaya. The seabass flavours pleasantly enhanced by the baking process, and complimented with the jambalaya in between bites!
