I can't wait to see them married and deeply in love!
help what went wrong with the cast of teen wolf
In case anyone's not caught up on the recent messes of the teen wolf cast lately:
Dylan Sprayberry (Liam) just came out as a Scientologist (LIAM NOOOO)
Tyler Posey's (scott) turning into the tom felton of teen wolf
Colton Haynes (Jackson) posts nonstop TikTok shop advertisements
Holland Roden (Lydia) is racist
Ian Bohen (Peter) is racist
Dylan O'Brien (our beloved stiles) is dating a racist #massiveredflag
There's rumors that my beloved Daniel Sharman (Isaac) is in a cult? Someone level with me on Tantra Somatics because I thought he was just being his usual side-questing self...we'll put him on the back burner for now.
As always, Arden Cho, Cody Christian, and Tyler Hoechlin come out strong. And for the moment Daniel too. Please don't let this become another cursed cast like Glee 😭
Potential non-Haymitch scenes they might include in SOTR?
okay so you guys know how the hunger games movies (particularly the first one) showed more than what happened outside of Katniss's POV? Snow and Seneca's conversations, the district 11 riot, haymitch with the capitol crowds, etc.
Do y'all think they'll do the same for Sunrise? Because if they do, I'm hoping they might put in a few extra scenes:
How Lou Lou was chosen and altered to look like Louella. I always pictured Louella as white, but for Lou Lou I imagined they took a black girl and surgically altered her to look white. Anyways that whole process.
Lenore Dove being arrested and starved.
Snippets of Wiress's games? Doubt they will but you know how in the first movie the short propo included the year's previous games?
Peacekeepers starting the Abernathy house fire. Poor Hay felt so guilty for never filling the cistern but there's no way it went empty THAT long. It was definitely sabotaged.
Plutarch being Plutarch.
Possibly Wyatt's family placing bets on him and then his father's fate after the games. Which also might be too dark but who cares this entire movie's meant to be dark.
Anyways that's all I could think of, what about you guys??

woah I was not aware I could do this

THE OTHER BENNET SISTER (2026)
period drama recs??
I am exhausting my comfort shows yet again and have found solace in period dramas lately -- for example I've watched Bridgeton, the other Bennet sister, and plan to start that funny one with Nicolas Hoult.
Is anyone an avid period drama watcher that would be willing to drop their faves?
Hot take.
y'know what another thought I had from the euphoria finale (since everyone's comparing rue to frank Gallagher which is SO TRUE) let me just compare the anticlimactic end of their situations:
Frank survives being a drug mule in Mexico (wouldn't be surprised if sam l*vinson also ripped that off from shameless), living in a crackhouse and homeless for many moons, survives a botched liver transplant and his second liver transplant. Also Canada. I forgot about that bit. Oh, but in the final season he just catches covid and dies! (I know he had dementia but them pinning it on covid is like...really? You already had a reason right there.)
Rue ODs before the pilot, ODs in the S1 finale, nearly has cardiac arrest in S2's premiere, survives Laurie's human trafficking by escaping out the window, survives a whole ass police chase while withdrawing while being in less shape than the stinky cops, also survives as Laurie's drug mule and Alamo's entire....whatever. But then she ODs from fent.
See where I'm getting at?
Liisssten I'm not trying to pretend that either of these shows have the most realistic plots and they have to keep the main characters in for the sake that they're the main characters, but you're telling me they can survive the most outrageous things ever but then something simple like covid and a laced pain pill is their demise?
(By the way this is not me calling Covid or fent ODs simple...at all...it's just comparing the insanity of what both characters have endured.)
angry but I made one for Jacob so I’ll make one for Zendaya

Euphoria finale thoughts??
I think we all called it that Rue was going to die. But TBH the way she passed was totally underwhelming and far from what I expected. Anyways the other main characters' (and I mean the hs girlies) having very little reaction to her death was absolutely lame. The Texas cult people crying more tears and having a whole scene when they were barely shown goes to show Sam Levinson cannot write to save his or any of his characters' lives.
So glad this season is done and all the actors are done with this dumpster fire show.
I love that the main thing that came out of SOTR is that "Gasp! The games were edited!" and everyone's shocked how much they were manipulated, but TBOSAS also makes it known that they edited early versions of their games (blacking out the footage so Snow could sneak in). It just wasn't highlighted as much because that wasn't Suzanne's main theme.
Even in the Starving Games they showed advertisements to distract viewers from the games 😂😂 was that further inspiration for the propaganda theme?
when you really think about it, derek is the haymitch abernathy of teen wolf
it's been a while since i want to talk about why the forearms' scene is so important in deep. first i must clarify that tobs is a femgaze show; one made by women to women and where every character/scene resonates with us. where we dont see (women) sexualized or used just as plot devices that have no other meaning to the story that be a reason to the hero to show how great he is.
many things have been said about the forearms' scene (or just about donal's forearms) and there's one that deeply bothered me: no, tom is NOT being sexualized on that scene.
to sexualize a character is to strip them of their humanity and transform them into a piece of meat whose only use is being the viewers' sexual fantasy. there isnt a deep meaning to those type of scenes and, most of the time, are extremely stupid.
in tobs what we see is how mary face desire for the first time in a long time. the importance of this scene is that we're seeing tom throught mary's eyes. we perceive his forearms as sexy bc she does. it's her lust's awakening and in mary is something so important that the scene is not only a break point to her, but to the viewers too.
mary has surpressed her feelings for years (or at least she tried) bc she didnt want to hurt others and herself. she's hidden them in the deepest part of herself, but when she sees tom casually rolling his sleeves everything shattered. those seconds is not her brain which is in control of her actions, but desire.
for the first time on the show, she met a man she sees attractive and feels attraction for. and she doesnt know how to handle it. but the best thing about this scene is that everything happens in the most natural way. tom isnt put into a situation that shame him, but it's just him being himself what awakened mary's desires.
and thats the most beautiful thing to watch.
just thinking about the time when arden cho walked out of the teen wolf movie because they tried paying her less than all her co-stars, and now she’s part of an oscar-winning movie while their nostalgia cash grab flopped and was a mess. karma is so good.

and ykw, speaking of all the bullshit that is the entirety of this show (specifically this season)… the amount of hate lexi is getting is unreal. uh, if i saw ANY of my friends— let alone my SISTER— doing even half the shit her friends are doing, i would distance myself too and stay out of their shit. don’t get me involved in any capacity. especially bc it’s just leading ppl to their deaths😭
lexi, i hope you continue to ignore the fuck outta them and do big things bbg
