Zoe occasionally forgets movies aren’t still silent and in black and white.who cries when the abused animal commercials come on? If by “cries” you mean “ominously sharpens hunting knives” that would be both of them.who’s the lighter sleeper? Artemis technically doesn’t sleep, but she has to be very careful because Zoe will wake up at the slightest jostling and it doesn’t feel right to use godly power to keep her asleep.who believes in ghosts? Uh. Both of them. They’ve met more than they’d prefer.who does the grocery shopping? Artemis does the snapping-up-buffet-tables thing when hunting’s scarce or the girls are hurt or exhausted.who updates their facebook status more often? Zoe, as the Hunters’ lieutenant, is technically in charge of recruitment. She lets someone. Else. Handle the official Hunters of Artemis facebook page. Anyone else. Except Ari. She’s not that desperate. Yet.

I pledge myself to the goddess Artemis.  I turn my back on the company of men, accept eternal maidenhood, and join the Hunt.
