just doing some sketches tonight.  can’t concentrate because i accidentally slept on a really big book last night (accidentally left it in my bed) and now i’m in extreme pain.

anyway GoT’s new season is only serving to remind me how much i fucking love sandor clegane, and i’m sure my followers haven’t noticed at all considering i won’t stfu about him.

i love rory mccan’s portrayal, but i really love how he’s described by martin as well.  based this one off the book descriptions.

 Needle was Robb and Bran and Rickon, her mother and her father, even Sansa. Needle was Winterfell’s grey walls, and the laughter of its people. Needle was the summer snows, Old Nan’s stories, the heart tree with its red leaves and scary face, the warm earthy smell of the glass gardens, the sound of the north wind rattling the shutters of her room. Needle was Jon Snow’s smile.

Jon going 3v1 in order to defend Sam when he first arrives at the wall purely because he thinks its unfair and cruel 

Jon meeting random people and finding some way to compare them to Arya (Alys, Ygritte, random girl who volunteers to fight, even  Aemon when he was wondering what he looked like as “a little boy no older than Arya”)

Jon turning all his Game on for absolutely no good reason around Alys Karstark– like BOY, you are not marrying this girl, why are you cracking smooth jokes (“Do you dance often, here at Castle Black?”“Every time we have a wedding, my lady.”) and calling her winter’s lady and squeezing her hand?

Jon’s Going Hulk moment when he fuckin lifts Alliser Thorne up by the fuckin THROAT with ONE HAND!!!

Arya asking Jon why he’s not out in the yard sparring with Joffrey and the rest and he replies: "Bastards are not allowed to damage young princes,“ he said. "Any bruises they take in the practice yard must come from trueborn swords.”

Ghost sniffed at his carved stone likeness and tried a lick. Jon smiled. "You're the one deserves an honor," he told the wolf.
