I have been playing sports since middle school and swam in college. I still workout multiple times per week but definitely less than when I was in school.

I went hiking with a pull-up on today and there was a water crossing on the track that I had to wade across and this is what happened 😅🙈

This is how I got stuck in diapers during football. Coach said you pee your pants like a baby you’ll be put back in diapers. I’m not even allowed to wash the pee stains out of my practice pants so I always remember why I’m in diapers.
