please consider the following as well:

- bloodstained clothing (anything BUT denim, bloodstained denim will make people assume you were hit by a car or shot by your uncle, not dramatic at all, worrying, you don’t want bystanders to call 911)

- chains around your ankles/wrists (special points for length, amount of rust, and how much noise you can make with them)

- hair jewelery (preferably from a deceased person’s hair, but other types will do as well)

- live rats or snakes (but only if you’re good friends with them)

- bones (preferably made by you but store-bought are also fine)

- a single arrow sticking from some fashionable place (I’d suggest your back for special dramatic effect)

-a wanted poster featuring your own likeness clutched in your hand

-moss/lichen, growing either on your clothes or directly from your skin

-an almost opaque fog that constantly surrounds everything within 5 feet of you

-a ghost companion (VERY RARE FIND)
