I love herons. When they fly, it’s hard to be cool. I keep missing an in flight shot, party because I am in awe, mostly because my hand held panning abilities are nil.

The only thing better then going to see this, was seeing it through the eyes of my 5 year old grandson. He appreciated it all and was engaged the whole time.
