So as I was doing my 5k today I noticed that I completed at 7 minute mile according to my new Garmin Vivoactive HR. I knew that wasn’t right. So I went outside to recalibrate it. Come to find out a certain little toddler changed miles to kilometers. Yeah. Crush!

I started Crush60 a few days ago and today is Day 3! Starting new workouts is absolutely terrifying so I’m lucky that my husband is doing it with me…

I do worry about progress. The first two days got me so sore that I took a day off in between (so, MWF workouts so far)… I noticed that the recommendation is to only take 2-3 rest days a week. We have been completing the full workouts so how badly will my results be affected by only working out every other day (but for two hours lol)? We’ve been going by feel so far since it has been almost a year since either of us has seriously worked out but I do want to do the program justice. Hey Crush community! Anyone else feel this way?

It's all good!! When I first started the gym and lifting I was going MWF and after a month I started going MT/ThF and just recently I started going 5 days a week! I feel that for me I needed the extra rest at first but now I feel totally comfortable in the gym and comfortable going hard 5 days a week! :) You are doing great!! Keep it up!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Just had a long conversation with my little lady (who is 10) because she told me she just wanted someone to kill her. Some boys have been harassing her during math calling her dumb and stupid, some other kids have been calling her fat and she feels like she only has two friends and everyone else hates her 😭😭😭😭😭😭 being a mom is so hard! Why can't kids be nice?! I think we ended in a good place and she told me she was thankful I was her mom. Poor little sweetie!! #teachyourkidsmanners
