Holy shit, a huge portion of the “fitness” community on here is so toxic and gross.
I get that a lot of you are younger so maybe you just haven’t learned yet, but here are some words you need to take to heart:
The core of fitness is HEALTH. HEALTH looks different on everyone. Everyone has a different path to walk to get there.
Women attacking other women is disgusting.
What you see of another person’s social media presence is roughly 5% of that person’s life. I promise you that you don’t know everything that you think you know.
If you have a question about a person’s motives, ask them yourself.
Anon hate messages are cowardice. There’s nothing else to it.
If you have to go on anon to “call out” someone, then you have nothing to call out. If you’re not willing to accept the consequences of your actions, don’t do it.
It’s not your job to “call out” anyone. I promise you that you’re not qualified to do so. The only person qualified to call out anyone in this industry is The Rock, and he spends his time building people up instead of tearing them down. Are you better at fitness than The Rock? No. So shut up.
These are real people you’re attacking. Usually younger people who openly admit they’re still trying to get their lives together. Expecting perfection from them is absurd.
There are real consequences for your actions. Sometimes those consequences are legal and very, very damaging in nature. Be aware that this isn’t a vacuum. The real world will come back and bite you in the ass.
You can delete posts until the cows come home. That doesn’t mean they weren’t seen, that they can’t be retrieved, or that they won’t be used against you.
Stop being petty. Worry about your own damn self. I promise you that your squat form isn’t so perfect that your energy is better spent shitting on the lives of others.
Get over yourselves. Focus on your own growth. I should be able to search for recipes and supersets without seeing a bunch of ridiculous slander.
Beyonce would be so ashamed of you.
