It's incorrect. I'm really not sure how you'd believe Wikipedia over his personal X-Ray with his name on it. They don't fuck medical shit up - that's through insurance and whatnot, his name certainly isn't spelt wrong on his X-Ray.

He goes by Phillip because it's not worth correcting people. But on his damn doctor records it's Philip because that's how it is spelled on his birth certificate. R u done.
