Someghing i hate about Jolink’s relationship is the lack of talking about Paul, cause why since she is pregnant they have not once talked about her abortion or that he didn’t fought hard enough

thinking about jolex (YES, AGAIN. also, always) and i just think it's insane. alex literally SAYS in the letter, the writers made him SAY that, it's WRITTEN in the show, that leaving jo (and with a letter out of all the ways) is OFFICIALLY THE WORST THING HE EVER DID. they've written this shit in, which means it's CANON that the LAST thing that alex karev did on a show he was on since the beginning, for 16 fucking season, is THE WORST THING HE EVER DID. that's FUCKING CANON. that he left while doing the worst thing EVER. and there are still people who love this? who support him doing this? WHO THINK THIS WAS A GOOD ENDING FOR HIM?! an ending where he CANONICALLY left while doing the worst thing we ever got to see him do. this is the last thing we ever got from him on this show. this was the last legacy that he left. that's what writers said themselves by making him say it. FUCKING INSANE

one thing i don’t think jolink fans understand is that we don’t hate link and jolink solely because we miss alex and jolex. i know for me that i would 100% support jo moving on and being with someone else IF that person wasn’t link. she had love interests between her relationships with alex and link that had SO much potential, but yet link was forced down our throats for some reason even though their relationship was completely platonic for YEARS and it’s so obvious that he is a terrible romantic partner- not just with jo but amelia too. i want jo to be happy and yes ideally in my version of events that would include alex but i have accepted that that ship has sailed. but link is just a vile human

The "Alex tells everyone goodbye through letters" thing is THE STUPIDEST WAY ANY CHARACTER HAS EVER LEFT A SHOW EVER
