Red velvet cake with marzipan pumpkins 🎃 The recipe is by @sugargeekshow This was my first (actually second but I don't want to talk about that) time working with marzipan. Also it was my first first time working with cream cheese frosting and I just don't understand how people make it look so easy. The cake layers started sliding all over the place, I even had to use some butercream to stabilise the cake. I would actually preferred using mascarpone whipped cream frosting. I even got the actual cream cheese not the spread that you can commonly find here. Anyway the rant is over.
