Weirdozxy!

This is MAINLY for tf!Shelby so, hope you enjoy reading through this whether you don't watch them or not, some are inspired with my friend @amberdickie <3

NOTE: This is just my personal ideas, headcanons even if cc!Shelby said that their backstory wasn't the main focus, as the series progresses I'll do for future ones too!

● Shelby was adopted into a nomadic culture, found at only 2 years old with a cloak wrapped around them that they now wear in their flight days. She always felt safe around it, and when Firefly was in a egg she wrapped it to keep it warmth so now Firefly will screech to get burrowed in the cloak, she won't sleep if the cloak is not on her which Shelby doesn't mind too much.

● Lost their family at only 12/13 years old at the latest couldn't trust anyone, was all bark no bite but had to steal and sometimes fight in self defense to eat and survive, which lead to authorities eyeing her for years and they thought that she did a murder and got framed for something they didn't even do, even when in the past they DID killed someone but got too traumatized to remember, but the authorities pinned her for another murder.

● A lot of bandages, even on her torso, sometimes it leads to breathing problems since there is scars on her chest but, she will never let anyone see their scars, they want to be absolutely discreet about anything painful. Used to sleep naked until Firefly and Twig came alone, they learned to at least somewhat cover themselves.

● Firefly is like their emotional support anymore, each time they get panic attacks to the point they can't breath or gag, Firefly will try to make her sit down and rest on her lap, and Shelby through blurry eyes filled with tears looks down and pets her. They get like this whenever they remember their family in blood, drenched and teared apart, the blood on her hands trying to save her parents will always haunt them.

● Deep bond with wolves because it reminds her of her nomadic culture and life, they stay in a pact, got each other and are brave, the same way her culture was. Killing a wolf makes her sad not only because it's animal, but most of the time they could be innocent and the corruption is dangerous, it took everything from them.

● Firefly has golden antlers, golden claws and eyes, a gold tip leaf at the end or her tail, some fur around her stomach, VERY wild and playful, wakes up fully energized and stomps on Shelby's chest, gets scolded, is also spoiled and Shelby asks why (as they give Firefly treats) very energetic dragon yet sweet.

● Twig has a scarred ear, scarred eye, leaves, dirt, and small branches on him, Twig hates baths and would much rather play in the mud, to which Firefly and him played in and Shelby slipped in trying to get to them, it was raining too.

● Puppy crush on Drift at first, then turned sour as AJ isn't trusted, and feels like they can't trust Drift, just when they thought she found a friend. They mixed feelings of anger and sadness when her friendship with her seems to fall apart.

● Whatever the heck is going on with Elaina it's up to interpretation, is it romance? Friendship? A secret third thing? They are together anyway and it's beautiful. They are together and trust one another, also they might kiss /hj smoke and get high together and wake up in random places and positions, wondering where the hell they are and their dragons are so confused.

● They want to become more than friends with Scott, best friends it feels like they've known each other for a lifetime and multiple lives has full trust into him and it's mutual. They often hang out together, and their dragons like each other a lot, although Firefly likes to get Aurora messy and she HATES getting messy, will swat at Firefly and make her cry.

● Shelby has went to jail before and it scarred her, it was short but scarring and being in tight places scares them. Got treated by authorities badly when they found them and made them chose between the academy or hefty prison, tried beating her up for information whether she did it or not.

● Has freckles on her face and shoulders, has elf ears but keeps them hidden because whenever she gets flustered (angry, sad or shy) they go down and they find that embarrassing. Also somehow always finds random branches and leaves in her hair, thinks it's Twig's fault.

● Has pouches on her waist and food snacks emergencies. shoulder, knee and elbows patches protection her from scrapping herself, after multiple times of that happening. (Inspired by @/lillymay please check them out!!! They are so cool!)

● Loves sleep but! Also has insomniac episodes before sleeping for a few days straight then is awake for a few days or two, it depends. She has a messed up sleep schedule.

● Has a a dark mask with yellow glowing eyes, wore that to hide from authorities and may use it as a confidence boost for any future events where they need to bite and bark.

● Climbs up a lot of tress since she was little, loved the wind blowing on her face, and does it today as a way to relax and watch the sun set or rise, Firefly loves it too but tried to jump down and Shelby screamed in horror and caught her just in time.

● Does either wind cuts when she's sick or extra sick is heavy gusts of wind around her, but sometimes the air also can shift around them when she feels heavy emotions, can be dangerously violent if not emotions in control.

● Her predecessor had a paralyzed arm, Shelby has gotten paralyzed legs due to many legs unjuries from running in the wild, sprained her legs and it healed poorly, needs braces from her knee pads too to keep her up.

● Is either queer, unlabeled or sapphic but DEFINITELY asexual (that's canon anyway but yeah)

● Firefly is emotionally attached to Shelby, like all the dragons but Firefly is very shy around the owners, but their dragons? She LOVES to play with them and gets excited each time.

● Shelby chews on her nails a lot, has chapped lips, and some poor hygiene lol. Much prefers her ways to wash herself but could do more.

● Firefly wants to sleep with the cloak even when she's bigger, she finds it annoying that she can't be burrowed in it so she settles for the neck, Shelby can sow but when she sowed a new blanket like her cloak Firefly was uninterested.

I guess it's obvious but I do not like the characters ship of Shubbledrift, I hate the ship. Here's my reasons why:

They get brought up every fucking where, I get it you love the ship but can you NOT only draw them the two together? They exist outside of the ship. Especially for Flight where tf!Shelby can resent Drift but nooo.. it gets resolved to jealousy as if tf!Shelby can not have other emotions, why does it always get into jealousy? Can it not be because Drift had privileges?

Some people on Shubble's chat talking about the ship, it gets so annoying!! Let's not tone everything down to ships yeah?!!

The issue is the characters, not the creators! Let's make that clear, but they do interact a lot and the creators are friends I do get it but, I just wished we would see tf!Shelby interact with the others or do solo streams with Twig, Firefly, gathering materials etc, get to know the lore a little bit, even just small bits, maybe we just need to wait and see but yeah

Cc!Drift does it well, she exists outside of tf!Driftsey so it makes the ship bearable, but tf!shubbledrift? It's like.. getting suffocated trying to breath but the waves keeps tumbling on us, I LOVED when their characters were friends, they were so adorable!! I just think they should move on, especially if tf!Shelby and if cc!Shubble is trying to get her words out that their character bitter at tf!Drift and people saying it's jealousy is so annoying.

Avid has deleted his flight and sbk videos but guess what, they still had their videos of vampires up, why? Because it brings them money, think about it, it's their most popular series they have deleted every single comment about their abuse and hearing ones for support, this also includes abk videos it's popular so more money for them

They don't give a shit, Avid is still trying to money grab despite everything, the level of selfishness is insane

Definitely one of the complex design, but I finally finished them!! What do y'all think? :D

So, in Misadventures I can see Katherine not liking the rain since she's a feline hybrid, but Shelby loves it and she decides to tough it out for her, and then Katherine offers a dance and Shelby accepts it and sees how Katherine's ears are down and she says they could go inside and Katherine refuses

Then it rains even more and perhaps Katherine leans Shelby down and kisses her, in the rain and they lay their foreheads together when Katherine brings her up

It's not obvious but I imagine Drift is on her tippie toes and she has her hands on his shoulders!
