I thought it could get complicated here (in Australia). We used to be solely imperial, but only those who grew up with it use it these days. For the rest of us, we're mainly (I say, mainly) metric, using kilograms, kilometres, millimetres, centimetres, litres etc. However the height of a person is still measured in feet/inches (at least by my generation). We also measure distance in time, at least in this state.
