💋 Who says “I love you” first & how?

For Sonamy, we already know it was Amy who says it first! She's said it many times in canon :D My headcanon for the first time Sonic says it to her is that instead of this dramatic confession, he says it kind of casually and she gets all flustered and when he's wondering why she's all blushes and giggles she says "Well, you've just never said that before. But I'm sorry, I won't make a big deal out of it! We can pretend you never said it." And Sonic's like "Really? I haven't said it yet? I guess I just think it so much that I thought I've said it out loud already!" And then promises to say it every time he thinks it 💙🩷

For Knuxouge, Rouge would say it first. They'd be arguing over something stupid and pointless and she'd blurt out "Because I love you, you DUMMY!" And she'd be super embarrassed and feeling vulnerable, and once Knux gets over the shock, he'd help to diminish her embarrassment by turning it into another 'play fight' like "Oh yeah? Well I've loved you LONGER. So I win!" And she'd be like "OH?! Well I said it first! So I win!" "Well I mean it more!" and so on while kissing and laughing.
