I don't want to come here with any sob stories or too many personal details but this year a few uhm unfortunate events affected my life and workflow drastically. Which made it hard to earn my income normally last month and I'm hit with debt I'm quite stressed out with and unable to pay atm--

Full transparency: I have quite a few owed arts to deliver, so the TAT for these shall be around 3+ months. I'm doing a lot of progress but due to still recovering from all that's happened it's a bit slower than usual.

It's shocking how little internet safety is being taught these days. Hell, i was taught it as a kid and i was still groomed online as a teen. Please PLEASE GOD! BE. MORE. CAREFUL!

And goddamn it parents, educate your damn kids and don't let them have socals under the age of 16 ffs. (If you can manage to control that ofc, God knows some kids will do it regardless, i certainly did pff🙄)

Since the next chapter is taking longer than I wanted, here is something even better to tide you over. @nomlioart has completed Chapter 2 sketches of TDWM from a scene I really liked, and OMG THEY DID IT PERFECTLY. I am so over the moon with how these turned out (Look at Shadow's intense glare LMAO Look at Sonic's gulp LOL) I love how these turned out, thank you so much for the incredible art once again and for all the patience with me to perfect the vision, you went above and beyond <3 ;w;

This scene is from Chapter 2 of my fic 'The Decade We Missed' (and I'm obsessed with it, I'm obsessed with sonics fucking face in the last panel <3 )

Once again I'm sorry that the comic arrived quite late, it's the fault of exams and my burnt-out brain 🥹 (the 'blunt' incident... BAHAHSH) But I'm glad you like the final result and I was able to quite accurately portray the characters' feelings in this scene 😆
