how do you deal with a dear friend becoming more distant?? we’ve talked about it several times and theres a lot of complicated factors but our friendship at its core never had any of that affect it and its just so painful feeling her slip away, its worse than a breakup… i feel like im not her first choice anymore and trying to plan time together with her feels like pulling teeth :,(( i guess im starting to feel like an afterthought, the most recent times we’ve hung out its been like 3 hours max and its usually a day after she did something big and fun with other friends and shes tired or hungover or something. we used to spend all day together and i miss that alot. im at a pretty low point in my life emotionally and it would be nice to see her more but its just not that easy anymore.
