occasionaljotaro is mainly an ask/roleplay blog starring Jotaro Kujo-- (particularly from P4, but maybe others in the future if you ask)-- meant to mess around and have fun with anyone who wants to interact; whether it be through art, shortform, or longform. It'll also occasionally post random Jotaro-related doodles from time to time. Asks are always open to pester Jotaro and get a response in return; typically with accompanying art.
