My name's is Bill, but you can also call me WebMush (yes, as my blog's name), I use he/they/it pronouns but I prefer he/him over the rest, and I'm just another random being on the platform
I have DID but I don't use the word system to refer to myself, so you can kinda say I'm auto excluding me from DID community, I've had some horrible experiences there so I don't like it, I'm a full on hater of the community. Don't even try to bring syscourse to my blog, you'll just be blocked
I'm an artist and writer, I don't like sharing my works in public so apologies if you wanted to, I only show them to close people and friends, tho sometimes I might get courage and show some of my work, this won't be always ofc, but there's the possibility
I'm queer and alterhuman, there's too many labels I use just for those two (as a label hoarding lol) that it would be pretty difficult for me to list them all up here, I have a hoard with my labels and those can change depending on multiple factors
English isn't my first language, if I have some mistake or I'm not clear enough you can tell me, I'd love to learn more things

Hullo, hi! I know you're not here for tech support or anything, but do you mind helping me with your foggy pluralspace template? I'm not sure how to get the block editor to work with the markdown (specially the strikethrough and [+]() link part). I'm pretty sure it's a me thing, but would appricate help, thank you in advance! hihi! no worries at all :3 heres a little tutorial!
so when you paste it, it should look something like this.
for the strikethough, its as simple as removing the the last two tildas then rewriting them. it will then appear as a srtikethrough!
for the link, you should have a little pop up of a bunch of options when highlighting text. which looks like the image below!
the markdown actually doesnt work for this one, so instead, do this (shown below!)
if gifs are inaccessible to you, all you have to do is replace the [+](link) with just a plus, and then highlight it and press the link icon (the first one next to the T dropdown) and enter your link there!
hopefully this helps! everything should be the same on mobile

member groups work like in simplyplural, i.e. you can nest them and members can have any number of groups. the groups can also be used for filtering
there’s a separate field for roles. you can put multiple roles, and you could also use it for something else if you so wish. it shows in the dashboard
there are a lot of options for custom fields, including: text, number, date, link, color, text field, markdown, and block editor. for text, number, and link, you can allow multiple values and it’ll show up like a bullet list
many actions (journal entries, profile edits, note additions, status changes) can be attributed to members. this is especially helpful for the activity logs
you can set custom front types, including front, co-front, and co-con
you can invite users to your system and share the information with them. you can customize what they can see in the permissions settings, and many things like custom fields and journal entries can have their visibility set
there are four options for colors and appearance. light, paper (warmer light), dark, and dim (lighter dark)
you can track relationships between members, both on member pages and on the system map page. there are a few preset relationship types but you can also add your own
the chat is organized like discord or simplyplural, in that it has categories and channels. you can send messages as different members, regardless of who’s currently fronting. you can also set message prefixes (like pluralkit) to quickly send messages as different members
one nitpick i have about the chat is that the message positions will change depending on who sent the last message. this might be dizzying if you usually have real-time conversations
hiii, how did you get text to appear next to/to the side of images on pluralspace?
I use the block editor! When making a custom field select "Block editor"
and then in the block editor click + and then 'columns'
and then within whichever column you want (you can have up to 3) select "image"
that puts the image next to everything else in the column, adjust it via dragging as needed.
As far as I've attempted on IOS it's INCREDIBLY difficult to resize the images or really utilize the block editor at all on mobile, so I do recommend using PC for this field at the moment while Drexel works out some bugs.

Could you please make a walkthrough on how to use your foggy rain pluralspace template? I love the way it looks but no matter where I look, I don't see any of the options present in your screenshots (gallery? Delimiter? The little plus icon in a box to add stuff?); I feel stupid as hell. I'm going to guess it's right in front of me but I can't find whatever field/textbox you're using to set up the template.
no worries anon! heres how it went;
first, when you open the side menu in your system, there should be an option for system settings (shown in the image!)
after pressing that, it should take you to another menu. from there, click on the 'custom fields' option!
it will then take you somewhere like this! from there, make a new custom field and name it whatever youd like. you can see our names in the image above!
when youre making a custom field, make sure to set it to block editor! once you go to any members profile after saving, the options should now be there!!
if you have any other questions lmk! we struggled to figure out how to use it initially so absolutely no worries at all :3
