“Can I help you?”

“Classes first. Then bed?”

“Or...bed first, classes later? You can join me, if you’d like.”

Ed groaned and pulled his head up from the breakfast table. “Same.”

“I’m deeply considering going back to bed.”

“You didn’t need to get me drunk, you know-” 

Lucy didn’t even get to make another comment, she was cut off with a kiss. She wasn't complaining either.

“Okay fine, I guess one dance won’t hurt…”

“I don’t admire a girl who doubts my abilities.”

“Whoever spiked the punch- good for you. Good. for. you.”

“I hope you were gonna get drunk enough so we could make out.” She didn’t even know if she was joking.

“Well, if you’ve been doing it that long, you must be great, you know? Do you practice any at school?”

“I mean, I’m moderately...okay. And, I can sort of practice but, it’s hard, you know? I can only expand on what I already know and I don’t have anyone telling me if I am doing things well...”
