Hangman and Dragon.

Skipped my Korean history lecture to go to the silver class! So glad I did!! I felt my strength coming back to me! I didn’t learn anything new but it was good to go over things I hadn’t done in a while. Did a few TG Extended Butterfly’s to prepare me for Iron X (IM SO EXCITED) as well as a few Hangmans, Thigh Holds Deadlifts and Dragons and also practiced them all on the opposite side which was so strange. I did some Oona flips too which completely blew Serena’s mind! She had never seen it before and got really excited so she had me do it over and over again so she could film it and practice it. It was so funny, I actually taught my (amazing) instructor a move! I can’t wait for next week when we finally get to run gold classes!!! YAY GOLD!! YAY IRON X PRACTICE!! YAY POLE!!

Sneaky doubles fun after sessions with the committee!

I FINALLY GOT BACK TO POLE!! Now that we have our own poles we can train on site which is SO much easier! It means I get to set up, watch an play around for 5 hours. It felt so good being back, even though I only joined in with the bronze session because my lectures clash with the silver/gold session, boo! It was still good though, especially to see all the new and excited faces and Serena seemed pleased to see me which was nice. I did get to stick around and have a cheeky play with the rest of the committee after we finished breaking down for the night. Let’s get back to it!!
