Hi there! I wrote to you awhile back about wax boiling in my spoon before all of it is even melted.

It happened again, and I managed to capture a picture of it. This is the second picture of it happening bc while trying to stir the first (also) boiling wax I accidentally dropped it into the floor. I added a picture of the tea light I used so you can see the wick.

Oh wow that really is boiling!

That looks like the same setup as me but I've never had this problem....

Is it really cold in the room?

It was kind of cold. Temps have been dropping her and we keep forgetting to turn on the heat.

But this is a semi-recurring problem with me

@mxchibious did you ever solve the boiling problem? I got new wax beads recently and noticed more bubbles in my wax seals.

I'm wondering if the beads have bubbles in them.

I didn't 😅 I lost my furnace and it was only earlier this month that I got a replacement. I went with an electric one, but it takes sooo long to melt. Though I still have the same wax and it didn't bubble. Despite the boiling, I miss my old furnace ;_;

Ah, interesting! So the furnace or candle must have been the culprit.
