" i'll drink to that my QUEEN. " warren toasted her before downing the whole glass of bourbon he had poured himself. with a hiss he shook off the burn. " and what is your first order of business? "

“ do you really have to leave? i can make us breakfast . . . ” she comes up behind him, wrapping her free arm around his middle as she stands next to him, burying her face into his back as she breathes in his scent. yeah, it's pathetic that she's asking that. but she doesn't want to be alone. “ we could go again. do that thing you liked so much. ” she was feeling so pathetic, but he was something else.

with how her arm wrapped around him, castiel knew just how much she didn't want him to leave; the night they shared was full of heat and passion. mouth parted to speak, to tell her that he needed to be somewhere, but the mention of the mention of them doing that thing he liked piqued his interest, stroking that human desire to have sex. " you sure? " he turned in her grip, hands finding her ass to pull her close. " i thought you didn't like it? " he continued his question, resting bearded chin on the top of her head while his hands squeezed her ass firmly.

she smiled gently as his hand moved along her thigh. her arms curled around his neck and she couldn't stop smiling as he rested his face in the crook of her neck. her eyes drifted shut when he kissed there before she turned her head and kissed his temple. "i missed you, too. very much," she mused and ran her fingers through his hair. "i'm sure you've kept busy, though, haven't you?" she asked and shifted so she could press a kiss to his lips this time.

it was reassuring to him, to know that she missed him just as much as he missed her. there were nights where he did MISS her terribly, but the memory of her warmth kept him comfort. he found himself leaning into the warmth of her kiss, another reassuring action from her, she's spoiling him. " just work, and the occasional day trip--" the kiss cut him off, but he leaned into it needy and wanting more of her. "--you missed.." he started while pulling away from her. "..a good hike."

"i know i haven't been around and 'm sorry. my best friend's finally moving out of her parent's place and we're moving in together somewhere. i promise i'll be here a little more once we're settled in somewhere..." jessie pouted and climbed into the man's lap. / @warhungered

joe offers her a kind smile, and a nod full of understanding. " don't worry, love.." she's climbed into his lap, and already his hand was tracing up and down her outer thigh. "..what matters the most is you're here now, even if it's just a moment." he spoke, leaning his face into the crook of her neck, giving her a gentle peck before resting his head on her shoulder. "though, i must admit, i did miss you."

she watched as the tremor in his knee slowed down once she brought his anxiety to attention. lauren scribbled some notes down as he explained what his anxiety felt like. she hummed and tapped her pen against her desk for a moment. "have you been taking you anti-anxiety medication? have you been doing the exercises we went through a few weeks ago?" she asked and sat up. "why do you think it only happens when you're with casting directors you've worked with before? do you think you need to impress them to some degree?" the blonde ran her fingers through her hair and she pulled out the prescription slips so she could write down his medication. "i'm going to up your klonopin a little, is that okay?"

all these questions, one right after the other, they made him want to lapse and fall into a negative coping mechanism, the easiest being alcohol. though that would ruin all the work she's done with him, all her effort. adam can see the kindness in her, feel it in her tone. " i take the meds, but i still feel kind of silly doing the exercises. " it was hard to admit, he didn't want to lie to her and sour her thoughts about him. honesty was the hard road, but it still led to recovery. " i don't want them to SEE me, to think that i've fell so far off the path. " overcoming his issues way more harder than he could have imagined, but he's thankful for her support and the safe place to shed his baggage. though at the mention of upping klonopin his hands balled into fists, his jaw clenching, though after a moment he relaxes back into his seat, looking her in the eye. " it's okay with me. i trust you. " he said with a slow nod. the meds helped him more than he could have ever imagained, it was just a part of him didn't want to become too dependent on them. "are you willing to grab something to eat with me? i know, it's not professional. i just.. just feel like it would be nice to see you outside this box. "

she nodded her head and scribbled down something in her notes before she rocked a little in her chair. she noted his tremor and bit into her lip. when he mentioned he's been good, she smiled and nodded. "i'm glad to hear that, adam. how have the auditions gone? do you feel more confident about them? has your anxiety been holding you back from any of them?"

her question about his anxiety suddenly caused him to become mindful of the tremor, using EFFORT stop slow the tremor down until it was gone. " i don't know how to explain it. " sure being conscious of his tremor helped, but when he got in front of a casting director his nerves become undone. " it only happens with casting directors i've worked with before, i see them and suddenly it feels like a dam is built, stopping the flow. " it's hard to talk about, but with her he feels safe. " mindfulness doesn't help, i feel like a stick when i try to ground myself. "
