I almost used the time crystal two turns before this because I thought there was no way I could get him out of this one. And then I thought no, let's see where this goes.

Okay so how long is it going to take everyone to figure out that Veyle is being brainwashed the same way we saw Hortensia be brainwashed. So far no one has rubbed a brain cell together.

Oh thank god Ike's paralogue isn't the Elincia's gambit map. And like, obviously it's not, this is about Ike, not Elicina, but that map has fucked me up so bad and fucked me up again when they brought it back as a fun side thing in Fates and I was terrified it was gonna fuck me up a third time. I do remember the map it actually is, though. It was kind of stressful, as I recall.

Had to give up on the map because half of my units reached Ike and only one of them could damage him at all.

Did the battle again with what I've learned in mind and swept it. Don't waste time with anything. Just fucking charge Ike with all my mages. He switched off of Ragnell to his axe because he saw Chloe but couldn't reach her and then he couldn't counterattack at a distance so Citrinne and Ivy just exploded him.

cats are really good at looking at things. very useful

having two cats essentially means you have a bug and rodent triangulation system. if they are both looking somewhere you know for damn sure there is some unauthorised fucking thing there.
