Movie Night || Klaine

Kurt stared dumbfounded at Blaine as he perfectly recited the movie. He had no control over his tears. He only knew they were coming down when he felt a couple tickle his cheeks as they slid down and over Blaine's hands. He parted his lips, wanting to say something but was at a total and complete loss of words. His thoughts were racing a thousand miles a second, his heart going just as fast. He looked all over Blaine's face, seeing nothing but the boy he fell in love with in high school. The boy who saved him when he was at his lowest. The boy he gave his virtue to. The boy that he couldn't be without. That's the right moment, the one he just told himself to wait for. He leaned in fully and pressed his lips against Blaine's in a deeply passionate kiss. He's been dying to taste those soft, plump lips for a while now. Nothing's changed. He's still greeted with those beautiful sparks, and the goosebumps. This was like their first kiss all over again; magical, fulfilling, perfect. And he never wanted it to end.

Blaine was shocked and breathless. Though it is what he wanted for so long, but it was also the last thing he was expecting from Kurt tonight: a kiss. He couldn't react properly, so he just moved his lips against Kurt's instinctively, groaning at the familiar feeling of his lips perfectly fitting in Kurt's own, like they were meant for each other. Blaine finally felt alive again, he felt like there is nothing wrong in the world. He felt electricity jolt all throughout his entire body. Before he could even stop himself, he gently cupped Kurt's cheek with his one hand, pulling him closer to him, and just getting lost in the familiar feeling of Kurt's amazing and wonderful kiss. He doesn't know what this means, his brain can't process anything at the moment, but he's assuming that this kiss is a good sign. He never wanted it to end.

“Just sleep in your underclothes or something.” Kurt shrugged. He really didn’t care what Blaine was wearing, just as long as he was there. He forgot how to breath for a little as Blaine…processed what he said. Nodding, a small smile grazed his lips. “I’ll always love you. Never…stopped.” He knew Blaine loved him already but he still got butterflies when it was said. His hand met Blaine’s and held it in place on his cheek, his smile getting bigger. He leaned in a little, as if going for a kiss but didn’t do anything. He wasn’t sure if he should, he wasn’t sure if he shouldn’t. He held that place for a couple of seconds before turning back to the screen and resting his head back on Blaine’s broad but comfortable shoulder. ‘Too early, Kurt. It’ll come in time. Just…wait.’ He focused more on his thoughts than the actual movie.

Kurt nodded, smiling lazily. “Positive. I really…want you to stay here with me.” He was getting better about saying his feelings, before being horrible with it. He stopped really opening up after all that happened. He said how he was feeling but he didn’t say why or get into depth about why. Except with Blaine, he was always open with him. He was scared to actually tell him stuff now but, despite everything, he still trusted him. He trusted him more than he should. “I…I love you, Blaine. I really do. Staying here would mean a lot to me. I miss your cuddles. I miss you. I miss everything.”

"Al-alright... I'll stay." Blaine smiled earnestly as he continued cuddling Kurt, enjoying the warmth. "I don't have extra clothes though. I didn't bring anything." He said offhandedly, but those don't matter. His finger stopped stroking Kurt's cheek as soon as he heard Kurt's next words. His breath hitched before he can even realize it, and he felt like he couldn't breathe. Kurt still loves him. Kurt misses him. Kurt still loves him. Blaine opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out. He closed his mouth and fluttered his eyes shut to gather his thoughts and to prevent his tears from falling. He blinked them open and stared right into Kurt's eyes. "Y-you love me...? Still?" He whispered, as if he couldn't believe that Kurt just said that. He composed himself, breathing in deeply. "I love you too," were the only words he managed to let out. He wanted to say more things, like 'it would be an honor to stay here, I miss you too, I'd love to cuddle you until we both fall asleep,' et cetera, all that stuff, but he didn't. Besides, he's already told Kurt multiple times that he misses him. But this, he wasn't expecting this.

Movie Night || Klaine

Kurt could hear Blaine's heart from where his head was on his chest. It just made this whole dream real. He stopped crying for a bit, just listening to Blaine speak. He noisily inhaled, looking up at Blaine. "I feel the same way. Being with you....it's like being home." He swallowed, every word true. "C-Can you stay....the night? I...really don't want you to leave." He didn't want him to move. He wanted to stay there in this spot with him forever and never move because he felt so close to Blaine. Closer than they've been in a long time, too long.

Blaine looked back at Kurt, both eyes red. "They say that home is not where you are, it's who you're with..." He said softly as he cupped Kurt's cheek and stroked lightly. 'Home is where the heart is.' he continued in his head. And he's pretty sure Kurt is his home. "You are home, Kurt." He gave a small, one-sided smile. He blinked his eyes, and thought of what Kurt said. "I...I..." Blaine honestly wants to stay, he does, but he just wants to make sure that Kurt is okay with it. He doesn't want to overstep. "A-Are you sure?"

Kurt missed Blaine's grip around him. They've hugged before, yeah, but they didn't do this anymore. He wiped his eyes with a tissue right before he felt his head being turned and lips on his forehead. He closed his eyes, exhaling peacefully. As Blaine pulled back, Kurt smiled and his eyes flutter open. He wrapped his arms around Blaine's middle, holding him tight as he turned back to the movie. He doesn't even remember what was going on in the actual film because his tears all came out by themselves silently. His grip on the love of his life never loosened any.

Blaine smiled back at Kurt when his eyes were finally open. He wiped some of Kurt's tears in his cheeks with his thumb. Blaine sighed contentedly as he felt Kurt's warmth enveloping him in a hug. His hand rested on Kurt's back, rubbing circles, just feeling him there. He felt Kurt's grip tighten and he felt hot tears hit him through his shirt. He pulled Kurt in closer, placing Kurt's head on his chest as he began running his hand through Kurt's hair and whispering some words of comfort. He misses this so much. He just wished everything's back to normal. Unable to stop himself, Blaine blurted out. "I.. I missed this. I miss you." He choked on his words."I'm glad you invited me over, Kurt. I... I... I needed to feel this again." Blaine's tears were threatening to fall now.

Kurt bit his lip, repeating ‘you are not going to cry this early in the movie’ in his mind. Maybe it was just the fact that Blaine was actually there in the flesh next to him that made him ten times more emotional. He sighed, smiling when it began with the flashback. He remembered always wishing that was how he met his soulmate. But how he met Blaine was extraordinary in itself so he wasn’t complaining. He preferred that chance meeting over any movie, any day. As the movie progressed, he came to a part that made him break and held onto Blaine’s hand as tears began to fall from his eyes. He kept his gaze forward, his head on Blaine’s shoulder, but held tightly to his hand.

Blaine remembered his first meeting with Kurt as he watched the scene. His lip trembled slightly as tears were beginning to form in his eyes, but he smiled because of gratefulness. He is still very thankful that it was him who Kurt saw walking down the stairs. Out of all the people climbing down those stairs, it was him who Kurt talked to. He sniffled lightly. Then as the movie progressed, the scenes became more intense and his grip on Kurt became tighter. He brought his hand up to Kurt's back, just like what he always used to do before. It was like his second nature now. When he felt Kurt's tears hit his clothes, his hand cupped the back of Kurt's head as he turned his head slightly sideways and planted a kiss on Kurt's forehead, not totally aware that he did it. He used to do it all the time before, he thought it would still be considered normal now. As soon as he realized what he did, he pulled his lips away, blushing slightly, pretending nothing happened. He ran his fingers through Kurt's hair slowly, breathing in his scent, the scent he missed so much.

Movie Night || Klaine

Kurt already had like ten boxes of tissues stacked up and he grabbed a new one, putting it between he and Blaine. He also moved the popcorn just in case Blaine wanted some, which always ended up happening because it was practically an old tradition of theirs to share popcorn during movies. "Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. Drinks and stuff are in the fridge. There's not much in the cabinets but popcorn, ramen and Rachel's vegan crap." He chuckled a little then reached in for some popcorn, quickly hushing up as the movie started. Nothing was even said yet but he already felt the tears coming on because he's seen this movie so many times and it was jam packed with memories. As the words were said, he slowly leaned down and rested his head on Blaine's shoulder, eating popcorn every now and then.

Blaine looked at the box of tissues and took a quick glance at Kurt. "Looks like we're prepared, huh?" He chuckled. He smiled and nodded as Kurt told him where he can get the snacks and drinks, he remembered the time they used to do this high school, alternating his house and Kurt's. He loves how Kurt still made him feel at home even if it's just the second time he's been to this New York apartment. As soon as the opening credits started, Blaine felt a little bit emotional already. This is one of the most intense love stories ever, and he's watching it with his loved one. Again. for the umpteenth time. Blaine figured that no matter how many times they watch this, it's still always gonna be emotional for him. In fact, he and Kurt cry together every time they watch it. Tonight won't probably be an exception. Blaine leaned in instinctively to Kurt, resting his the side of his head on the top of Kurt's. For once, everything felt so right and normal. Blaine smiled contentedly to himself.

Movie Night || Klaine

Kurt wished the hug would have been longer but it was a hug nonetheless. He blushed deeply when Blaine handed him the baked cookies, his mind instantly going to the promise ring he was given all those years ago. The one he kept safely in his bathroom and wore for good luck. "Thank you, Blaine. That's really sweet of you. And I remember, just in case you wanted to know." He pulled the shorter man inside and shut the door. Sniffling a bit, he placed the cookies on the counter and guided Blaine to his room, pressing play on his remote as he did so. He plopped down on the bed and grabbed his large bowl of popcorn, placing it between his lap. "I put The Notebook on because it feels like one of those watch-everything-that-makes-you-cry nights. If you know what I mean." And also because the movie reminded him of he and Blaine except for the dementia part.

"Don't mention it." Blaine answered with a smile. "I love doing things for you. I love seeing that smile on your face, and I love seeing you happy." He said softly as he looked into Kurt's eyes. His heart swelled when Kurt told him he remembers, but he wasn't surprised. Not that he was expecting it, but he knows Kurt is that kind of person. He is too nice. Blaine went inside with Kurt, looking around the apartment. Wow, a lot has changed since the last time he's been here, 2 years ago. Also, he's going inside Kurt's room for the first time. He plopped down on the bed beside Kurt, crossing his legs and keeping a little distance between them. "The Notebook? Looks like we're gonna be crying tonight, then." Blaine joked. Then he suddenly remembered that time Kurt told him about their future, that it was like The Notebook, except, it was him Kurt was with. He bowed his head and smiled to himself. "I know what you mean." He said softly while still smiling to himself.
