I made a little GIF for the UNUSED script in DELTARUNE's gamefiles. I plopped it in the main steam folder, the chapter specific folders, and the save folder, which covers every unique folder dedicated to DELTARUNE as far as I can tell. Obviously I'll never get a response, but when someone calls for help, it's only right to try and do something, even if the only thing you can do is scream a response into nowhere.

I tried to make it obnoxiously bright and flickery to improve its chances of being seen. I've labeled the filename an abridged version of the text, in case the lost stranger can read that but not see the GIF itself. I wrote in all caps because the goal is to SCREAM AS LOUDLY AS POSSIBLE into the nothing as I can.

I decided to keep a log while working on this, to determine how long it took me to make this. I'm not an artist (which should be obvious from the art itself), and am limited to a computer mouse and the awesome power of ctrl + z for my art tools. Anyway, I wasn't expecting this to take as long as it did. All in all, I spent ~16 hours on this meme. I've heard that you aren't supposed to spend more than an hour(?) on a joke, or else it stops being a joke (this was in reference to the wonderbread guy). I have no idea what this turned into after the point of no return, but I still think it's funny, so I think I win. Anyway, here's the log. Times are rounded to nearest 5.
