Technology journalist Cassian Andor has been looking forward to attending this year's DEF CON in Las Vegas. It's not because of the deep admiration he has for well-known hacker Jyn Erso or anything. Naturally, his best friend (and hacker) Kay can't stop heckling him about his obvious crush on Erso.
NASA astronaut Cassian Andor didn't think he'd be falling in love in the International Space Station. He'd happily like to ask his fellow astronaut, Jyn Erso, out on a date. The only complication is that it's quite cramped and they live with their other fellow astronauts, Bodhi, Kay, Baze and Chirrut. It doesn't help at all that a lot of people watching the ISS' live feeds have picked up on his feelings for Jyn.
Bix doesn't understand why it's her job to talk to Cassian and Jyn just so they fix whatever communication misunderstanding they had. Meanwhile, Brasso can't stop laughing.

Cassian has to deal with a traumatized teenage clone of himself. Leave it to Syril Karn to be a bloody bastard beyond the grave.
In which, Cassian must face the ghosts of his past in the form of his younger clone; while Jyn doesn't mind the little shadow following her around.
Former senator, Mon Mothma, is making attempts at trying to improve her relationship with her estranged son, Jobin. Meanwhile, Davits Draven would like nothing more than to not be involved in his superior’s dysfunctional family affairs.
Mon Mothma has made a lot of mistakes, one of them being the neglect of her children. With the whereabouts of her eldest son being unknown and her daughter being married, she resigns herself to never having a relationship with them ever again. As such, she decides to dedicate herself completely to the Rebellion, never expecting that she'll find her son there as a member.
Meanwhile, Jobin Mothma is simply doing his duty as a member of the Rebellion. He certainly never expected that he'd ever see his mother once more (after they fought over a disagreement they had and he left home). Their relationship is strained at best and things are even more complicated when he finds out his mother is now one of his superiors.
In which, Mon Mothma tries to reconnect and have a better relationship with one of her children; while Jobin thinks that both should focus on the Rebellion, rather than fixing their nonexistent family relationship. Healing never ran smoothly, while at the same time navigating serving the Rebellion.
Cassian and Jyn aren't talking to each other over a disagreement they had. Their friends are worried about them, but neither Cassian or Jyn are talking to them either.
In which, Davits Draven is everyone's last hope for Cassian and Jyn to talk to each other, and resolve their issues. Meanwhile, Draven is trying to comprehend how is this his business, and why did he get roped into it.
Someone nominates Cassian as the Rebellion's Sexiest Spy, so Jyn decides to nominate Davits Draven too as a prank. Much to her horror, everyone is suddenly voting for Draven. Cassian can't stop chuckling, Bodhi voted for Draven because he thought it was amusing, Baze doesn't care and Chirrut claims innocence about being behind the whole thing.
Meanwhile, Draven would like to know why the hell he's suddenly popular to the point of people flirting with him (much to the amusement of Senator Mon Mothma).

Davits Draven wants to kick repeatedly the agent whose bright idea was to volunteer to babysit his best agent and Jyn Erso's child, only to then leave said child under his care because an emergency mission happened to occur.
In which, Draven doesn't know how children work, but surprisingly does a good job at taking care Andor's and Erso's little hellion.
Bodhi challenges Jyn to tell Cassian how she feels by New Year's Day. Meanwhile, Jyn decides that she's not going to tell Cassian of her feelings the cliché way her friend is expecting her to do (which involves kisses, confessions, and such). Instead, she's going to hack into the Imperial of Cassian's choice and proceed to extract all the information the bastard has for all of its worth.
In which Jyn's love confession to Cassian is to make Imperials' live miserables by stealing their information for a myriad of reasons.
Davits Draven somehow ends up sitting in the same table with Mon Mothma's ex-husband for New Year's Day. Somehow, Draven absolutely knows this is payback from Jyn Erso for sending Cassian away for a mission.
In which, Draven is out for a mission and gets stuck hearing Perrin Fertha talk about how horrible his ex-wife is; while Mon Mothma is nothing short of amused back in Rebellion HQ.
Cassian is rather stressed about all the planning that must be done for New Year Fete Week. It doesn't help that K2S0 keeps adding more and more statistics and probabilities of the many ways the week could go wrong. Meanwhile, Jyn doesn't understand why Cassian is making such a big fuss about it.
In which, it's been a year after the war has ended, and Cassian wants to mark the occasion of celebrating the week that leads to a new year by making it special since it's the first time he and Jyn celebrate it together without any interruptions.
The fight against the Empire has finished. All is as well as it could be. Jyn Erso has a problem, however. It's her turn to make dinner for her Rogue One family crew for Live Day's Eve this year. But she doesn't know where to even start. And, no, she's not going to ask Cassian to help her because last year he took care of everything. Maybe K2S0 can help her instead.
In which, the preparations of a dinner for Life Day's Eve turn very chaotic with Jyn Erso and K2S0 at the helm.

How Jyn Erso and Co. Stole Life Day (From the Empire), anyone? Basically...
Jyn Erso with the help of Cassian and every other splicer dedicate Life Day's Eve hacking the bank account of every high ranking Imperial, and giving away their credits to various nonprofit organizations who need the funding. There's nothing more entertaining than to watch live how said high ranking Imperials have to grit their teeth and smile as they're been thanked by the non profit organizations (they don't really like), as well as being interviewed by the news.
And if later, Cassian and Jyn have a mug of hot cocoa to celebrate their success, well that's another story. Also, "Shut up, Bodhi, it wasn't a date."
Life Day isn't Jyn Erso's favorite holiday, what with all the commercialization and the glittery nonsense everywhere. Unfortunately, it has gotten into the Rebel Command's heads to do this ancient nonsense called Secret Santa to boost the morale. It absolutely does not help that the person appointed to her is Cassian Andor. What in the seven karking hells does she even get as a gift to a spy from Rebel Intelligence?
