temporary view

it's so interesting how time moves. 

for awhile, it felt stagnant and decrepit.  

then, its just flew right by me.

for awhile, i couldn't tell the difference.

its so moving how time is interesting.

for awhile, i liked when time just held tight.

then, i couldn't wait for the night train to come by.

for awhile, i didn't mind the difference.

in awhile, i can already remember time.

when i was outside and inside myself,

that's when i felt at my best.

legs a shakin and man you looked a fuss

no need to worry just asking about my uncle russ.

i think everything you do,

and did and maybe you got old to fast

is letting you sit and dwell in my session

cant say that i have missed you.  but ill say that

cant say that i havent wanted to visit but

you'll have that

i wont say that i have thought about you

but i will say that i have stayed away

for a reason or two

music and maybe a bit of life

and some decisions that i thought

might make me a little better

off

made me a bit worse off

and i think now that i have more things

figured out

and less things on my mind

ill never get common.

i wont ever be plain.
