Bench PR of 300 SOLID ASS POUNDS BAEBEEEE
So excited I finally hit this weight once again AND with no help at the top this time it was all me. Shout-out to my spotter! Big boss helped me with the lift off and from there I was off. Then the remaining workout I did my favorite lifts standing OHP 175, zerchers squat 275, barbell bent over rows 225 and then finished off with a superset workout consisting of shrugs, lateral raises, curls, and back rows. Used 30s-40s dumbbells for the superset
Heavy ass lift day and I feel great. Very thankful to have been able to move so much weight today. Now to sleep for the rest of the day lol
