♡ rules ♡ every tuesday and friday should be fast days you can eat from 8am to 6pm make a list of foods to cut out chew a bite of food 15-25 times eat 300-900 calories per day sit up straight and do back exercises drink at least 1.5-2 liter of water per day and at least one green tea bag keep a cute ana diary eat as much raw veggies and fruits as possible
♡ quick tips ♡ drink water before every meal do 100 crunches every day chew food until it disintegrates put your fork down between mouthfuls do 100 jumping jacks after every meal read your diary on a daily basis eat with your non-dominant hand to boost your metabolism drink coffee or green tea make a bracelet that will remember you about your goal try to burn half of the calories you’ve eaten
♡ distractions ♡ chew gum when hungry drink a glass of iced water count slowly to 100 clean something gross smell or drink black coffee keep a timer for 5-10 minutes and eat when the timer is up make an ana journal or blog pedicure/manicure give yourself a spa day do some yoga or pilates have a long shower brush your teeth dance and listen to music study up on diets take up a new hobby watch fashion or diet based television work out for ten minutes
♡ reasons ♡ looking flawless in any kind of clothing having a double digit weight that you’re unashamed of feeling confident when looking in the mirror reaching the peak in your beauty feeling happier about yourself

These are just a list of things I do and have found SO helpful whenever I get the urge to binge or eat something I know I’ll regret, I hope they can help :)
~BASIC TIPS~
🌸Try and find the biggest bottle you can and fill it with water. Keep it by you at all times. If you’re full on water you’ll feel too sick to eat.
🌸Always eat three meals a day. They don’t have to be big. They don’t even have to be meals, but if you eat something at the general breakfast, lunch and dinner times you’re less likely to stuff yourself with loads of food at once.
🌸If you have to eat but are worried that you’re going to binge, if you cook your own food cook smaller portions. This way if you eat the whole thing you’re brain will think you’ve eaten a large and filling meal even when you haven’t.
🌸NEVER go to the store if you’re hungry or want to binge. If you have to, eat something small beforehand and look at thinspo or healthy recipes on the way.
🌸This is my favourite tip and what works for me. Fill a big bowl (mixing bowl sized) with veggies you like. I don’t like many veggies I only like sweetcorn peas and carrots so i do that and sometimes I add rice. If you don’t like any veggies you can use fruit instead. The only problem is that fruit isn’t as filling but if you eat a huge bowl of yummy fruit you’ll be way too full to eat junk.
🌸Infuse your water with fruits (I use lemon which is a great anti-oxidant) This way your brain tastes food so you’re less likely to want to binge.

🌸Look on pinterest or tumblr for a new hobby. I began bullet journaling which also helped to keep track of my weightloss.
🌸Set yourself weightloss goals. Write them down. When do you want to reach this weight? How much do you want to have lost by this event? This will distract you and keep you motivated.
🌸Avoid junk food posts/videos/pictures. Instead maybe search fitspo and healthy recipes.
🌸Workout. Find a new workout. Make a new set of things and change it up a bit so it’s not boring.
🌸Draw/write/sing/BE CREATIVE
🌸Improve on other things like your style or your makeup and hair while you’re losing weight so you can be completely happy with yourself when you’re skinny.
🌸Make friends online. Last year I entered a kik group chat for people with ed’s and i made loads of friends. You’ll be surprised at how much it helps to not feel alone in this. MESSAGE PEOPLE. Most people are pretty nice so what’s the harm. And guys I’m always free to message for tips, advice or if you just want to make a friend :)
🌸Do work. Schoolwork, college/university work, work for your job. Keep yourself occupied and be productive too.
🌸My best tip (this has saved me a lot) CLEAN. Clean yourself, clean your room or clean around the house. It’s so theraputic and you’ll feel so organised after. Plus if you take a nice bath or shower make sure you really pamper yourself. Shave, scrub, wash your hair and face, use a face mask.
