He shook his head softly in amusement and gently took theirs in his own hands instead, tilting it up so he could look at them. “Perhaps if I knew what to expect I could, but you’ve never done much but scolded me before.” He stroked a thumb over their cheekbone. “I am sorry if I truly caused you distress though, that wasn’t my intention.”

He blinked back at them, frowning slightly. “...you shouldn’t be allowed to call me out like this so easily. Besides, I really only have two options here and that’s either scolding or whacking you with my cane, and I really don’t feel very inclined to use the second anymore since we’ve started dating.” The gentleman took a moment to straighten up though, some, before he responded to the second half. “Fine, fine. I suppose I could let it slide this time.”

He can’t help but grin, clearly unashamed. “Is that what I am now? What happened to charming? Besides, I’m not sure that’s a tale that anyone wants to hear or recant.” 

“...yes. That’s what you are until further notice.” He sighed and held his head in his hands.

He chuckles and smirks just a bit, and steps forward. “I won’t run, go ahead.” He stoops to kiss their cheek. “I’ll try not to boast about you too much next time.” 

“Oh my heavens, Tony...”

“How did I end up dating the one clock who seems to have conveniently forgotten the definition of trouble as though it wasn’t engraved into his very being?”

He fights back a back smile. “My apologies dear, I didn’t realize it was a secret. I can’t say I’m sorry for the latter part though.” Flashes a smile and folds his hands behind his back. “How much trouble trouble should I expect, darling?”

“Stop smiling like that, you’re in a whole heaping lot--” He doesn’t look anywhere near as angry as he probably should be to match what he’s saying. Mostly just distressed.

“Wait...”

“I know someone who has gone to jail (Jeeb) “

“We don’t talk about that, Tony, and--”

“I have a crush on a celebrity (Jeeb was kinda well known in his day–)”

“Oh for the love of...you are absolutely in trouble for this, you know.”

Well now...he could hardly call this usual. It wasn’t often RGB came across an unconscious individual of....such a curious composure. It looked to be another object head like that of Magnus and himself. Granted, he’s seen at least a small number of the kind around before, but this one just happened to be someone he’d not met before. Not that he’s saying he’s met everyone, by any means.

The gentleman found himself at a bit of a dilemma. He could leave the person here and be on his way, carrying on with his own purpose and let them awake on their own, or he could stay and wake them and probably get dragged into whatever mess they got into to find themselves in this situation in the first place. Admittedly, he was overall more fond of the first idea, but there was a third factor here.

....they were in the middle of the orange and red fields known as the Plains of Hesitation. Possibly one of the worst places to be rendered unmoving, probably confused, and left alone in, disoriented.

The telly sighed internally and made up his mind to help this lost soul. Walking over closer and, after shooing off some curious doubts, squatting down to check them over. They seemed well and in otherwise perfect shape. ...Odd. He could ask how this all happened later. For now, he grudgingly took one of their arms and slung it across his shoulders and slid his own around their back to pick them up. Taking a second or two to look around for any sort of danger before carrying them past the previous ring of flowers and into the significantly shorter grassed area around where the first broken tree was. At least here they were safer.
