TIP OF THE WEEK - BRING THE FAMILY! We all have our professional and home life to balance. One of the best ways to spend quality time together is to get the family involved. For many families coming to PAMA is a family event!

Sunday was a special treat hosted by Mr. Coke (owner of 13 Coins gym). He took us to the open market where we got to taste a traditional Thai dish. We saw another Temple and went to the "Blue Stadium" to watch fights. We were allowed to sit in the VIP section so our view of the fights was excellent and we were even on Thai TV! Day three in Thailand. Visit to Boon to buy gear directly from manufacturer. Training and then Muay Extreme fights. Doing a lot of clinch work!
