Vyren forgot their name while in Duviri. They were given the name Vyren by Kermerros (the Entrati family member they interact with the most on account of them doing a lot of conservation stuff for the open world syndicates) after they talked about having forgotten their name and their original name no longer feeling like their name.

On the topic of Vyren doing conservation stuff: the personal quarters in the orbiter are full of floofs Vyren got through doing conservation and gifted to my operator, Kirin. Kirin hasn't been allowed to just be a child and not a soldier in a long time. And Vyren can't fix that. But they can shower Kirin in plushies that Kirin secretly loves.
