I can only think of one story where Sasuke has unrequited love for Naruto, and it's

“(common side effects)” by katarinahime & “Medicated” by szajnie - Rated E for a lot of things, Crime/Modern AU, Multi-chapter, Incomplete. Naruto and Hinata, in a struggling relationship, must confront the pain inside before they can love each other.

It's not explicitly stated or a huge part of the story, but in a sense, Naruto chooses his relationship with Hinata over Sasuke.

Another one that comes to mind of Naruto choosing Hinata over spending time with Sasuke is

I don't think I know of anything that exactly matches your request, but I could think of several "it's complicated" type of fics, like Naruto is slow on the uptake, or (you didn't ask for this but) Hinata keeps friend-zoning him.

“hinaaaa.” oh, she knows that voice anywhere. nothing good ever comes of it. …just kidding! hinata, mid (fond) eye roll, turns with her books in embrace, peering up into the baby blues of her best friend and favorite person in the entire world. “yes, may I help you, naruto-kun?” who, by the mischievous look in them, paired perfectly with the boyish, lopsided grin, is definitely up to no good. noticeably taller after that summer break, he’s a little broader in the shoulders. the playfulness in his voice runs a notch deeper now. “yeah. what're you doin’ saturday night?”

Hinata watches sunlight drip languidly through the canopyoverhead, chest heaving and rocks poking into her spine, and acknowledges forthe first time in years that she has come to a decision.

It’s not an easy one—hence the length of time it’s taken herto make it, but it’s a necessary one. Or, at least, that’s what she has come tothink.

“Sakura-san?” She asks, licking her cracked lips. She tiltsher head to the side, away from the glistening of morning in the flickeringtreetops, and finds Sakura equally sprawled several feet away from her. Herchest heaves, slightly less than Hinata’s does, but she can’t move her left arm. Hinata smiles.

“Yeah?” Sakura pants, turning her head to rest her cheek inthe dirt, grinning over at Hinata with open admiration. The shift pulls at hershoulder and makes her hiss, the tension in her incapacitated arm draggingthrough her spine. Hinata feels a flicker of concern, but Sakura’s grin doesn’tfalter for a moment, and her concern dissipates.

She swallows heavily, allowing her Byakugan to recede, theheat and the pressure fizzling to nothing more than a faint ache behind hereyes, pulsing in her temples. She lets herself study Sakura’s expression, laidopen and bare to Hinata’s curious perusal, and she feels her flickeringheartbeat pressing suddenly against her ribs. Nerves raise chills along herarms and she swallows once more before parting her lips, preparing to actualizeher decision with words, with finality.

She says, “I’ll do it.”

Sakura’s eyebrows twitch, curiosity cascading into concern,her lips upturning into something focused and expressive. Hinata doesn’t haveto explain, doesn’t have to voice a single thing after the fact; her eyes bleedhonesty in shades of pale lavender and promise and Sakura sees it all.

“Okay,” Sakura says, voice low. “Okay.”

And just like that, Hinata thinks with a heavy breath, herlife takes a new turn. She moves her head back into a neutral position andstudies the play of sunlight on the upturned faces of leaves, and how it turnsthem glistening golden with every trace of the breeze.

Acknowledgement sits heavy and unnamed between them, asilent stranger, while Sakura and Hinata lie still, and breathe.

And breathe.
